There are four key dimensions to the role;
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Event management
- Sales & Marketing/Social Media
- Human resource management
- Competitions & Awards
You will have a mentor as well as management from the owner within the role. Weekly reports will be required and monthly targets will be set and evaluated at monthly meetings. There will be a discretionary bonus proportionate to any year on year increases in income of events, increase in employee and/or customer satisfaction and increase in occupancy and revenue from accommodation. Starting salary will be £22,000.00 and live in accommodation will be available. The position required 4 days work a week & 2 weekends a month. You will be requested to spend no more than 2 working days a week assisting with the running of both The Woolpack Inn and Stanley House to ensure you appreciate what is involved within the positions of all staff you are managing and to increase interaction with employees and customers.
Annual bonus based on increase in turnover relative to salaries and GPR.
We are looking to employ a self-driven, highly motivated individual who is a team player and willing to get stuck in. You will need to have initiative as well as an eye for detail and a creative outlook.
