Food Serivce times as follows:
Breakfast served 8am – 11am
Lunch served 12pm – 3pm
Dinner served 5pm – 8.00pm
Table bookings are recommended.
To help us maintain a high standard of service we kindly ask that parties of 10 or more pre-order with 24 hours notice.
For parties of 15 or more we suggest a set menu, we will be happy to discuss menus and ideas with you.

We serve food all day until 9pm (8pm on Sundays)
Our specialities include Herdwick Mutton Tatie Pot & Home hot-smoked Sea Trout Salad
All our food is sourced locally and is homemade we also offer a good choice of gluten free and vegan options.

Cafe Menu
Our Cafe offers its own delights!
The beans for our fabulous coffee are sourced from English Lakes Tea & Coffee Co in Windermere.
Our flat breads are made fresh in our wood fired ovens and are also available gluten free.
Our scones are bought in fresh from Gosforth Bakery

For our early risers, a great start to the day.
We use local Cumberland Sausage, Bacon and Free Range Eggs on all our breakfasts, as they say it is the most important meal of the day and our breakfast will certainly see you to the top the fells!
Vegetarian and Vegan options available too.
Non-residents are more than welcome for breakfast, booking is recommended.

We stock a great selection of all spirits, including over 20 different gins to choose from.
